Currently on the home page of this website there is a short article called “Twitter and Business,” and in that article I linked to an article on Twitter’s website called Business 101. In that article one of the businesses using Twitter in innovative ways is a coffee shop in Houston that uses Twitter to let their customers order before they arrive.
